I am participating in Jagriti for my own interest and I take full responsibility for myself. I release all the organizers of this camp from any liability or responsibility on my part. I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this. I understand clearly that this is completely a matter of Faith and Belief. Which is based on the Natural System of Healing. I am ready and agree fully on my own consent without any pressure or obligation to participate/attend Jagriti. I agree to understand and co-operate with management and co-participants for fulfillment of the object of the event.
