Participants Rules and Regulations
Only the registered person is allowed to enter the premises of JAGRITI. The Booking is Non-Transferable; no other person can transfer or shift the booking on their own to any other person/relative without prior permission of the management.
1. Attendance & Punctuality
Attendance in all scheduled sessions is mandatory. Participants must report to every session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entry may not be permitted once a session has started.
2. Mobile Phone Policy
Mobile phones must remain on silent mode throughout all sessions. Phone usage is allowed only during designated break times. Avoid social media and unnecessary calls to stay fully immersed in the retreat.
3. Respectful Conduct
Treat fellow participants, trainers, volunteers, and staff with kindness and respect. Maintain a peaceful and positive atmosphere at all times. Any form of abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of all participants. Personal experiences shared during sessions should remain confidential.
5. Participation
Actively participate in all activities, discussions, and practical sessions. Follow the instructions of the trainers carefully. Ask questions respectfully whenever clarification is needed.
6. Health & Safety
Inform the organizers about any medical condition, medication, allergy, or physical limitation before the retreat begins. Immediately report any discomfort or health concern during the program. Do not practice any technique beyond the instructions provided.
7. Food & Dining
Consume only the food provided or approved during the retreat. Follow the prescribed eating practices taught during the program. Avoid bringing outside food without prior permission.
8. Substance-Free Environment
Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited. Participants under the influence of any prohibited substance may be asked to leave the retreat.
9. Cleanliness
Maintain personal hygiene. Keep your room and common areas clean. Dispose of waste responsibly.
10. Accommodation
Respect your roommates and shared living spaces. Maintain silence during designated rest hours. Do not change rooms without permission.
11. Dress Code
Wear comfortable, modest, and loose-fitting clothing suitable for movement and breathing practices. Avoid clothing that may distract or restrict participation.
12. Photography & Recording
Photography, video recording, or audio recording during sessions is not permitted unless specifically authorized. The team is authorised to record and publish clips and bites of people for welfare and awareness, among others.
13. Silence Hours
Observe designated silence periods as instructed. Respect the quiet environment, especially during early mornings and at night.
14. Campus Discipline
Do not leave the retreat premises without prior permission from the organizers. Follow all venue guidelines and safety instructions.
15. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own valuables. The organizers are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
16. Commitment
Participants are expected to complete the full 11-day retreat. Leaving the retreat midway is discouraged and should only occur in genuine emergencies.
17. Compliance
The organizing team reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their conduct disrupts the learning environment or violates these rules.
18. ID Verification
Every participant must carry their Original Legal ID Proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.)
The management has the authority to take any decision regarding the management without any prior intimation or permission.
